Legs tight this morning, need to start stretching each day. Slept well. Sun shinning this morning, feeling good and looking forward to getting back into the training routine. Got Thruxton to focus on this weekend. Will swim at lunch and have another appointment at body rehab tonight with Dawn to discuss further exercises.
