Solid sleep, still feeling it a little though and will really hit me when I get to Seattle this evening. Won't be taking a bike with me, though might hire one (or buy one!) out there.

Hardly any sleep last night. Going to give tonights interval session a miss as will be flying to Seattle tomorrow. Belgium and this trip to the USA are going to really bugger up my training schedule for a few weeks. Will be missing 3 interval sessions and 3 races. Hopefully May and June I'll be able to get back into a good routine.

Back to the UK and the training plan. Belgium and its excesses threw a spanner in the works, as will being in the USA for a week from Thursday onwards. Looking forward to getting back into a routine and crunching out some tough intervals.

Feeling good this morning and ready to return to work. Will go for an easy spin this evening to lossen the legs up after the long journey yesterday. Need to start my core exercises again tonight.

Will back fill last weeks training diary entries and complete the weekly summaries this week.

Needed another 4 hours sleep today. Legs feel surprisingly good after their thrashing on the DI's last night. Must be the stretching. Was too tired to even eat last night so will have make sure I get the calories back in today. Heart rate seems to reflect the fatigue. Weight is down by over 1kg after last nights interval.

No workouts tonight so will complete some core exercises.
