Preparation - Week 6 - Block 2

Weather worse again this morning so another hour spent in bed. Feeling it from yesterdays effort spending nearly all day riding on the front. Late breakfast and chilled out waiting for a nice gap in the weather.

Attempted to ride out to Torvizcon and back along the ridge but the strong winds caused us to think otherwise. Good workout though riding into very strong head winds before turning round and hammering it home. Hit the final climb at top speed big ringing 3/4 of it. Felt great, though shame its the last day.

Sorry the weather has been so bad, you must be disspointed with how the week has gone :(

I was going to suprise you by driving up to Darley Dale on Sunday to see you race, but Mum suggested I come up and stay over Saturday, to avoid the early start on Sunday. So I'll do that, bring your ski gear and your suit.
