12:30am - Swim / 40 Mins / Steady
Felt great to be in the pool giving the legs a good stretch. 30 mins breastroke with x5 2 min hard lengths. 10 mins frontcrawl steady. 15m underwater. 5 mins sauna.
Notes
Ate huge amount today and got a good supply of grazing food from Taj. Training plan came through from Mick, starts right away! Organised assessment with Body Rehab to improve core.
