Late night last night getting back from London late knackered. Slept well but feeling very tired this morning. Recorded resting/standing heart rate variance of +3 on Sunday, +6 on Tuesday and +8 today so will give todays full interval session a miss. AGM tonight so am only able to fit it in first thing this morning, but given the morning warnings I'll give it a miss.
