Preparation - Week 3 - Block 1

07:00am - Wake up
  • 8 Hours sleep
  • No Heart Rate recorded
  • No Weight recorded
12:30am - Core Strength / 30 Min Swim / Steady

Good to get in the pool and loosen the muscles but didn't have the same zip as Monday today. Spent 10 mins in the sauna. Had to run around a lot today, up to London and a late night. Didn't get to eat a proper lunch or dinner, though ate plenty of fruit.

Dropped into Cyclefit and picked up a pair of Sidi Genius 5's for half price for winter training/racing. Also got a Selle Italia Signo gel flow saddle on 30 day trial.
