Drank a bottle of red wine last night, slight hangover but more from dehydration than anything.

Bike - Trek with Rovals

Jo learning to use SPD's. Took the Trek for a spin to check out the position changes. Felt ok, took the Rottingdean hairpins with amazing ease, so good that dropped down for another go. Marina ramp at full speed in 53x24 felt good, grinding out at the top hitting LT.

05:00pm - Turbo / FEI 004 / 50 Mins / Brisk + Hard

Bike - Trek standard setup

Hard session averaging 90 cadence. No knee pains except a few twinges. Something still not quite right with the setup but getting close. Have to concentrate on 'ankling' more than before, but this adds at least +5 rpm for slightly less effort. Tried to improve posture but kept forgetting!

Changed roller resistance, recalibrated to +8 (from +4)
