Needed another 4 hours sleep today. Legs feel surprisingly good after their thrashing on the DI's last night. Must be the stretching. Was too tired to even eat last night so will have make sure I get the calories back in today. Heart rate seems to reflect the fatigue. Weight is down by over 1kg after last nights interval.
No workouts tonight so will complete some core exercises.
