Hardly any sleep last night. Going to give tonights interval session a miss as will be flying to Seattle tomorrow. Belgium and this trip to the USA are going to really bugger up my training schedule for a few weeks. Will be missing 3 interval sessions and 3 races. Hopefully May and June I'll be able to get back into a good routine.
